Monthly Subscription Details



Your first month has been prepaid.

All monthly charges are due on the first day of every month. The credit card used for
your initial purchase will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Should
your auto payment fail, a late fee of $25 applies to all charges not paid by the
tenth day of the month and your vehicle will not be released without full payment
plus the late fee. Maintenance fees may also apply.

If you entered mid-month, your first month’s charge is for the first 30 days of
parking from your start date. For billing uniformity, we make a one-time prorated
adjustment for any customer that did not start on the first of the month.

You have entered into a monthly subscription agreement with Icon Parking for the term
selected. You are committing to monthly autopay via credit card for the entire term.

locked for term length. After the selected time frame, billing and autopay will continue
at a rate that
is subject to change until a cancellation request is submitted online.

Early cancellation will be subject to a termination fee of 50% of your remaining
subscription term
balance, up to $1,000. Unless you submit advance notice of cancellation, billing and
autopay will continue after your subscription term ends. In order to ensure that all
records are updated promptly, you must log in to your online account via to submit a cancellation notice.
