Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations because rates vary at different facilities. That said, if your reservation hasn’t started yet, you can cancel it for a full refund and book another spot at a different facility.

No. If you plan to exit after the reservation end time, you will be subject to pay for the time you spend in the spot outside your reservation. This will be calculated and payable at the
time of check-out by the valet attendant.
Please note that reservations cannot be combined, and only one reservation can be used per parking stay.
Your reservations should always show up in the MY RESERVATIONS section of the website and MY TRIPS section of the IconGO app after you purchase (future reservations will be under UPCOMING, and you can view completed reservations under PAST). If they’re not there, it is likely that you are not logged in to the account that purchased the reservation or were not logged into an account when the reservation was made.
Note that for all reservations, email confirmations are automatically generated. Even if they do not show up in your account, you will still be able to redeem your reservation or coupon at the facility with your email confirmation.
No. You will not be allowed to come and go throughout the duration of your reservation. All daily parking reservations only permit one entry and exit per transaction.
Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation. For example, if your reservation goes from 8AM to 8PM, you can enter any time after 8AM and must leave anytime before 8PM. Please note that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to an additional charge.
