Generally, yes. Most of the online rates for our facilities represent discounts to our drive-up rates (the rates posted inside the garage). In addition, our online rates will never be higher than drive-up rates posted at facilities.

Yes! As long as you have the correct times and dates in your search field, the price for the entire time you requested will show up on the search page. Unless otherwise stated, you can enter any time after the start time of a reservation and exit any time before the end time for the price of your reservation. All daily parking reservations only permit one entry and exit per transaction.

With the exception of several facilities, nearly all Icon and Quik Park garages are valet locations. Once you drive up to the facility, our valet attendants will greet you and guide you through the process of leaving your car. You Find It, You Book It, and We Park It!

No. If you plan to exit after the reservation end time, you will be subject to pay for the time you spend in the spot outside your reservation. This will be calculated and payable at the
time of check-out by the valet attendant.

Please note that reservations cannot be combined, and only one reservation can be used per parking stay.

The Preferred Customer Club is an exclusive membership for our monthly customers which entitles them to park for 50% off the daily posted rates at over 300 Icon and Quik Park garages in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Note that any transaction fees or other fees applicable are not included in the 50% discount.

Please note the following Terms & Conditions of the Preferred Customer Program: The Preferred Customer Card is to be used solely by the monthly applicant. The 50% discount does not apply to monthly parking rates and may not be combined with any other discount offers or coupons. A fee will be charged on all transactions. Offer does not apply to motorcycles. Your monthly account must remain active to retain your membership. Icon and Quik Park reserve the right at their sole discretion to alter or modify these terms and conditions, including the fees, discount benefits, and participating locations, at any time.

Paying online is convenient, easy and always secure*. It also will save you both time and money as it eliminates checks, waiting in lines or the hassles of purchasing stamps. You can also avoid late fees and account maintenance fees by activating autopay, another benefit of paying online.

Yes! Our desktop and mobile website allows you to search for and purchase monthly parking online for nearly all our facilities. Simply go to our website, and on the home page, click MONTHLY before entering your address and clicking SEARCH. Facilities and prices will populate on the screen. Once you decide on a facility, click PURCHASE MONTHLY PARKING.

Note that the prices listed are for new customers only. If your facility does not appear, it may mean that there is currently no available space for monthly parking.

Promo codes are regularly featured in our advertisements and sent out by our marketing team to our users. As long as you have an Icon account or are signed up for our mailing list, you’ll receive our emails, including ones that contain promo codes, discounts, and other savings! Promo codes offered include dollar, percentage, and other types of savings. Note that promo codes are subject to the usage restrictions listed in the advertisement.

To change the times or dates on the website or IconGO app, simply click on the time or date you want to change, and a drop-down menu will appear. In the IconGO app, a section will appear at the top of the app screen that will allow you to make adjustments. Make your selections and then click search again to ensure the correct rates pop up on the map for the times you selected.

Enter the address, landmark, cross streets or neighborhood you’re looking to park near into our app or on the website and press the SEARCH button. Available locations near where you’re going will populate on the search page. Make sure you adjust the dates and times you’re looking for so that you’re reserving the correct times for the reservation.
