As our Icon Parking preferred monthly customer, with the launch of our new REQUEST MY VEHICLE feature, you will be required to login to our iconGo mobile app to submit a vehicle pick up request, the SMS number will no longer work.
Take advantage of all your simple and convenient access to monthly account benefits from our mobile app, and let’s journey together!

App Download & Install
Go to the App Store on iPhone/iOS or Google Play App Store on Android, search for the IconGo app, and select Install to download the app. If you already have the app, please make sure that you update to the latest version.
Login, or Create an Account.
Once downloaded, open the app and log in with your Icon Parking credentials if you already have an online account.
If you do not have an online account, please select CLICK HERE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT and complete the account creation form.
Clicking on the ? will help you locate your account number and zip code on your billing Invoice.
Begin using IconGo to schedule your vehicle pick-up!
Select your monthly parking account by clicking SHOW ACCOUNT
Your account information and vehicle details will auto-populate on the request screen. Select the date and time that you would like to pick up your vehicle and click on REQUEST MY VEHICLE to submit.
If for any reason you need to edit or delete your request, simply click on the edit or x symbols.
You will receive notification of when your vehicle is ready for collection.
