Once you book your monthly parking space, you will receive a welcome email containing your account number. On your first visit to the garage, please present the welcome email and your account number to confirm your monthly purchase and prepayment. The attendant will verify the account information and quickly inspect your vehicle for damages. Lastly, you will be assigned a tenant number and will be asked to complete a final confirmation of your agreement, including terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, no. As a condition of entering into a subscription term at a discounted rate, you must agree to enroll in automatic payments and electronic billing. The credit card provided during enrollment will be charged automatically on the first of each month unless you elect to change the form of payment, which must be either credit card or eCheck. Changes to your automated payment may be made on your online account by visiting www.iconparking.com or using the IconGo app.

The longer you book, the bigger the savings! If you book on a month-to-month basis, your monthly rate is subject to change. If you book the 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, your rate will be locked for the term length. However, you can not cancel the subscription prior to the term expiration date.
